Tasting notes

Appearance : Pale gold colour with golden reflections.
Nose :Powerful and open. Fruit paste, pine honey and peaches in syrup.Opening on mint flavours, with spicy notes of saffron and a touch of fresh walnut kernels.
Palate : Robust and smooth. A fine length on the palate with flavours  of fruit salad, clementine, orange peel and honey candy.
What about in a few years' time ? :‘This vintage is very likely to evolve towards aromas of honey wax, milk chocolate, even perhaps coffee. The tannin structure of the Pinot Noir, along with the refreshing acidity of the Chardonnay, will allow the wine to keep its freshness while offering a rich range of advanced flavours
